Terms and conditions

1. Package validity
Lesson packages are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 3-month package is valid for 3 consecutive months from the agreed start date.

2. Payment and refunds
Packages must be paid in full before the first lesson. Once a package has been purchased, payments are non-refundable, except where Spanish Made Easy agrees otherwise in exceptional circumstances.

3. Booking and attendance
Students are responsible for attending their lessons at the agreed times. If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.

4. Postponing the start date
If a student needs to postpone the start of a package, they should contact Spanish Made Easy as soon as possible. Any change to the agreed start date must be agreed in advance. A package cannot be postponed indefinitely.

5. Extensions and unusedl essons
Extensions may be granted at Spanish Made Easy’s discretion, depending on the circumstances and availability. Once a package has expired, unused lessons are normally forfeited and are not refundable or transferable.

6. Changes or cancellations by Spanish Made Easy
If Spanish Made Easy needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time and will not be counted as used.

7. Exceptional circumstances
Spanish Made Easy may make reasonable exceptions to these terms in cases of illness, emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances.

8. Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing a lesson package, the student confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
